The High Performer Program (HP2) Survey is available for organizations that are interested in measuring their performance improvement programs against the NQF-endorsed® Safe Practices for Better Healthcare. Organizations may use the HP2 Survey Simulator for internal use, and, at their option, may report publicly on TMIT's website. Click here for the HP2 Survey. The survey is password protected.
