Building Leadership Power: Crisis, Crucibles, Teams, and You
 Session Overview

Join Bill George, one of our greatest healthcare CEOs and author of Authentic Leadership, True North, and 7 Lessons for Leading in Crisis, as he shares terrific principles from his new book, True North Groups. Hear reactions from leaders of global companies who have adopted these principles, and from hospital CEOs who plan to adopt them. Hear from Søren Laursen, President of LEGO Systems; Dr. Mike Williams, CEO of Hill Country Memorial Hospital; Jim Wetrich, President of Mölnlycke Healthcare; and Christy Wendell and Phil Goliber of Pharmaceutical Sciences, all of whom have either been on True North Teams or plan to develop them.

Business Giant Bill George:
True North Groups

The challenges we face these days are so great that we cannot rely entirely on ourselves, our communities, or our organizations to support us and help us stay on track. We need a small group of people with whom we can have in-depth discussions and share intimately about the most important things in our lives – our happiness and sadness, our hopes and fears, our beliefs and convictions. For the past thirty-five years, Bill George and Doug Baker have found the answer in what they call True North Groups.
